Our team in Luxor held a best animal competition in ‘Qus’ town which is about 40 km north of Luxor. There are about 1900 of working animals. The majority of them are used for the transport of goods and passengers, and carrying loads such as crops that have been harvested or manure.
The competition aimed to encourage owners and users to give their animals a good care. The team assessed 15 working animals based on selected criteria. The best 3 animals and their owners were rewarded.
